Community Empowerment for Transition and Innovation (CETI) Ghana is a dynamic, youth-led nonprofit organization committed to transforming the lives of vulnerable communities in Northern Ghana. Our mission is to create sustainable job opportunities for young people, foster gender equity, and promote social inclusion. We work tirelessly to prevent conflict and violent extremism while championing quality healthcare delivery. Through innovative programs and strategic partnerships, CETI Ghana strives to break the cycle of poverty, uplift marginalized groups, and contribute to a peaceful and prosperous future. We believe that empowering communities is the key to lasting change, and we invite like-minded partners to join us on this impactful journey.

JAMAL DOWIE

Executive Director

Mr. Dowie is a dedicated healthcare professional with over five years of experience. Trained as a Clinical Nurse Assistant by Ghana's Ministry of Health, he holds a Diploma in Project Leadership and Management from Cambridge International College and is currently pursuing a BSc in Business Administration at Botho University. Skilled in organizational leadership and financial management, Mr. Dowie excels in streamlining workflows. Passionate and results-driven, he is committed to delivering impactful outcomes.

RAZAK DIMMIE

M & E Officer

Razak Dimmie is a Pan-Africanist and smallholder farmer with a Bachelor’s in Accounting from UPSA. He served as Vice President of the Northern Students Union and completed national service as an accounts officer at Achiaman Health Center. Passionate about service, Razak envisions a united Africa through collaboration and trade. He volunteers with CorpsAfrica/Ghana and enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

Gengen Seidu Idris

Project Manager

Gengen Seidu Iddriss holds a Diploma in Animal Health and Production from AHPC, Pong-Tamale. He has volunteered at Tamale Veterinary Clinic, worked as a field officer and meat inspector, and served as a vet assistant and assistant manager at Izzy Poultry City in Accra. Passionate about modernizing agriculture through technology, Gengen believes that positively impacting lives brings the greatest fulfillment. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games and spending time with family and friends.

Gifty Elike

Finance Officer

Gifty Elike is a results-driven account officer with a BSc in Accounting from UPSA. She has diverse public service experience, including roles as a national service revenue officer at Ga East Municipal Hospital and a voluntary revenue officer at Zenu Polyclinic. A former VP of GNABS, Gifty excels in financial management, leadership, and communication. Passionate about servitude and community impact, she enjoys sewing, backyard farming, and listening to music in her free time.
